What to Expect
This program includes an initial 90-minute visit, preferably in person but can be done virtually, with three 30-minute virtual follow-up sessions to review sleep, stress, nutrition, supplements, and movement goals for optimal health.
You will leave with an action plan that will provide goals for nourishment, movement, rest, and relaxation that work with your life and are meant to be incorporated at a pace that's right for you.
